A complete range of gaskets are available from the East Anglian Sealing Company. Produced from a variety of methods, hand fabrication, pressing, machining, automatic knife cutting, water or laser jet cutting. Materials include papers, rubbers, beta materials, fibres, plastics, corks etc. With a high level of experience we are able to select the right production method to ensure our product is correct from conception through to bulk supply. We are also happy to offer our experience and technical advice at the design stage, thus ensuring no problems are encountered in either production, fitting or use. We supply parts produced from every material in our range, using either no-cost or low-cost tooling. and also utilise file downloads of drawings direct to nesting programs to ensure maximum material yields and minimum wastage. By consolidating work from different customers in this way, we are able to offer savings based on much fuller material utilisation. |
No job is too small or too large - production is suited to each individual application and we recognise the need to offer 'Best Value' throughout. The range of applications we have experience in is immense - from simple gaskets used in everyday items such as household appliances through to sophisticated diaphragms or electrical insulation and RFI gaskets used in defence equipment. We are able to arrange special deliveries, offer KAN BAN or JIT, remote stocking or distributor stocks - in fact, like our gaskets, we're also flexible! |
