sector, we now offer facilities to research materials, design
gasket and sealing products, prototype build and take to test.
Using some of the most advanced testing facilities we are able
to test base materials and actual parts for a wide range of end
use applications.
We have successfully passed our assessment to ISO9001:2000 for Design, Development, Manufacturer and Supply at our Sudbury, Suffolk site - Click on QA to the right for a copy certificate. The design and development capability will help us to further sales in new projects and approval confirms our status as a committed manufacturer.
We are now happy to confirm our membership to the GCA (Gasket Cutters Association)and hope that we can help reinforce good practice throughout our industry by discussions at open forums with our fellow members.

We moved into our new premises in January 2007 and have now installed the latest cutting press technology allowing us to produce gasket parts from fast, accurate, tool-less production equipment. Our stocks of rubbers, matting and gasket materials are around 300 tonnes and we are supplying parts to many different industries across the UK. Further expansion is already underway, with the addition of further automatic 'travelling head' presses, for high volume gasket production.
