There are many standard profiles that can be supplied from stock or using stock tooling on short lead times. These include O Ring cord sections in Nitrile, EPDM, Viton and Silicone - with other materials being made to order. We also hold a catalogue of almost 4000 dies and can email various sections of the most popular of these dies if you have a specific enquiry. P Sections, h and H sections, J sections, tailed solid and hollow sections, D sections and fendering, square and rectangular strip sections, and a whole range of glazing and edge seals are offered. For special applications, it's often simpler to design a new profile rather than make an existing section work! We offer low-cost tooling (or no-cost in many circumstances) from as little as £50.00 per die. All rubber and plastic types are extruded along with TPR's, which we can often supply in small batch sizes. We specialise in heavy duty extrusion and have die capability up to 400mm square - Lorry and Dock Fenders, Bumpers, Ramps and Chocks can also be supplied at competitive rates. |
