Gasket Supply
We design, manufacture and supply gaskets and seals from our units in Bulmer with bulk production items produced in Manchester, Cardiff or Bradford.In Bulmer, our facilities include experienced hand fabrication, standard hydraulic presses, automatic knife machinery, oscillating knife machinery and water-jet cutting equipment.
This enables us to offer a local service, on a same day or next day basis when required, with higher volume, scheduled production available from our larger production facilities.
Stocks of manufactured parts are also held at Bulmer, available for despatch according to customers scheduled call-offs - parts can be made up into kits according to customers specification where required, or supplied on a JIT basis direct to your stores or production line.
Gasket Design
We are able to reverse engineer gasket or seal products at Bulmer - using non-contact measurement equipment we can take accurate dimensions and build up 2-D and 3-D images of products.
By using the latest CAD technology to produce drawings, we can then pass files direct to tool-makers for tooling to be made, or direct to cutting machinery for production.
This enables us to take a gasket part, produce a CAD file and cut parts within minutes of measuring and identifying the part.
We are also happy to make site visits to evaluate products, take physical information and make recommendations.
