During February and March 2011, we installed our new Flow Mach 2 Water Jet cutting machine at Bulmer. Working from a ‘regeneration’ site our buildings date back to the early 1800’s - so not really made for high-tech equipment!

However - with a new high-strength floor, new roof, insulation and new electrics, a further unit was soon ready and now houses a machine that has become a significant tool in both the production of gaskets and seals - and the conversion of our heavy duty matting products.

We produce CAD files for all parts cut on the water-jet - either from drawings or samples - this information is then run through a nesting program to ensure minimum wastage of material - and optimum cutting speed.
